About

Established in 2016, the Episó Foundation provides technology and software services and professional training to individuals and organizations; such as, federal, state and county agencies, private for-profit and non-profit companies. The Episó Foundation’s core focus is to provide effective and efficient services based on each person’s individual person and company. We enjoy helping people work smarter because we understand that a person’s success is only as good as its village.

We create an interactive  platform promoting users to train, use resources, invest, and build financial wealth. The goal is to close the wealth gap and provide a class of people with the opportunity to compete and participate in the growth of society. We will also invest in the entrepreneurial endeavors of our graduates to Spur autonomy and community growth/jobs.

Our Carbonado Initiative’s  © goal is to help the “Fellows” secure top-level employment in the technological fields to reduce poverty and homelessness, which in turn reduces the rate of recidivism. Per Jennifer Doleac: “Using administrative prison records on four million offenders released from 43 states between 2000 and 2013, the study found that the impact of higher wages on reducing recidivism was larger for both black offenders and first-time offenders and in sectors that report being more willing to hire ex-offenders” (2018). The carbonado Initiative © curriculum is designed for the career professional who needs to become more proficient at using today’s popular software applications as tools for decision making, managing people and information, communicating effectively, enhancing company viability, and addressing today’s many technical challenges.”
