Mission

Our mission is to increase career opportunities, in particular, women, by providing tech courses, software and personal development. Our tech curriculum and software services encompass an interactive platform that promotes users to connect with our tech support community. We partner with organizations who wish to accomplish sustainable success by investing in their staff members and tech software.

As women are the fastest growing incarceration rate (increased by 700%), due to the “Tough on Crime” policies, women tend to commit minor crimes (theft, traffic violation, noise ordinance, property damage, drug addiction etc.), therefore, the entire premise for the Episo Foundation is to give women the tools to avoid committing a crime in the first place!
