Become a prof
Episó Foundation seeks subject matter experts in technology, software and micro/personal finances, who will work collaboratively with us to provide simultaneous courses to our “fellows” for our variety of virtual and in-person courses. We anticipate needing a plethora of “prof” as we scale via live webinar, virtual, in-person courses, and for recorded content in the next five years. Minimum Qualifications
We seek a pool of diverse instructors. For instructors working remotely, they must have access to a computer, stable video and audio capabilities, reliable high-speed internet connection, and a private space to teacht. We are looking for instructors from diverse backgrounds, especially Black, Indigenous, instructors of color (BIPOC), trans instructors, and instructors with other marginalized identities, so we can fill interpreting assignments in ways that provide greater alignment in terms of economical, cultural, racial and other considerations crucial to a foundation of trust, integrity, and on the forefront of change . As a lot of our work is federally-funded, instructors who are debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in federal assistance programs or activities will not be considered.
Selection Criteria
During the review process, we will focus primarily on the following criteria to evaluate responses from interpreters that meet the minimum qualifications such as quality and accuracy of work, qualifications and experience of instructors in providing educational services;
